Pick a different Audi dealership! These guys are all over you when you're purchasing a car. In fact we bought two cars in one week from this place. We then went to trade one only a few months later they really lowballed the trade so we went somewhere else (got $3,000 more than Westwood offered) and we canceled the Pure Protection and Tire & Wheel warrantee contracts. Now that we're trying to get our own money back...... Crickets. They already got the money from one warranty company, But have completely ignored five emails and four voicemails asking for when the check will be ready. So, great customer service when they're taking your money and completely unprofessional when they owe you money. UPDATE 10/05 : STILL WAITING. got one voice mail after I called again. I have since returned that call THREE times. Left 3 more voicemails.....10/28/18 I don’t know if it’s incompetence or just plain contempt once they’ve sold a car, simply not giving a xxxx. They sent a check to Bank if America AFTER I had sent proof the loan was already paid off- then surprise! Found out the bank returned the check to the dealership OVER a week ago!!!! Oh, and did I mention the check was $400 shy of what it should’ve been... AND YES, STILL WAITING TO GET OUR OWN MONEY BACK. please people, do NOT do business here. There are plenty of professional competent Audi dealerships that actually give a xxxx about their customers, not just getting cars sold. More

Worst business-unprofessional tactics Awful dealership!!! Stay far away from them. They do not know how to do business. They called a day after looking at a car to say they moved it int Awful dealership!!! Stay far away from them. They do not know how to do business. They called a day after looking at a car to say they moved it into the showroom, even though they had the same model car in the showroom, just a different color. They did this to play a mind game, besides the point of being high pressured, which they were from the second we started dealing with them. After all, it is not so simple moving cars in and out of a showroom, let alone it was not necessary when I was interested in this particular one and they already had the same model, but different color in the showroom still for sale. They knew I was NOT going to be around to make a purchase for a few more days. Instead, they wanted to lose a customer by placing the car I was interested in front and center for everyone. They also knew I was ready to buy within a week. No other dealership I have been to in the past would do something this low. Other dealerships would simply call a few days after to say what else they could do, or offer to give more of a discount. Definitely stay clear from these unprofessional people, especially the higher management like Rob, as they know what cars have interest and could have called to say someone else what interested. Just to call and say we moved the car you were interested in to the front of the showroom for other people to look at and touch still makes no sense when you knew for a fact we would be back. On top of this, they did not even try to fix this problem, not even offering more off a different one. Instead, they said they could order one, but it would cost more. No thanks.
