They called a day after looking at a car to say they moved it int Awful dealership!!! Stay far away from them. They do not know how to do business. They called a day after looking at a car to say they moved it into the showroom, even though they had the same model car in the showroom, just a different color. They did this to play a mind game, besides the point of being high pressured, which they were from the second we started dealing with them. After all, it is not so simple moving cars in and out of a showroom, let alone it was not necessary when I was interested in this particular one and they already had the same model, but different color in the showroom still for sale. They knew I was NOT going to be around to make a purchase for a few more days. Instead, they wanted to lose a customer by placing the car I was interested in front and center for everyone. They also knew I was ready to buy within a week. No other dealership I have been to in the past would do something this low. Other dealerships would simply call a few days after to say what else they could do, or offer to give more of a discount. Definitely stay clear from these unprofessional people, especially the higher management like Rob, as they know what cars have interest and could have called to say someone else what interested. Just to call and say we moved the car you were interested in to the front of the showroom for other people to look at and touch still makes no sense when you knew for a fact we would be back. On top of this, they did not even try to fix this problem, not even offering more off a different one. Instead, they said they could order one, but it would cost more. No thanks. Certified Pre-owned After visiting three dealerships in search for a pre-owned car I finally decided, because of my frustration to make the long trip back to Audi Westwoo After visiting three dealerships in search for a pre-owned car I finally decided, because of my frustration to make the long trip back to Audi Westwood My family has purchased fiver vehicles from them in the last 10 years.. It is hard to explain the the difference in the car buying experience in words. I went back to visit John Suh the salesman that I have used for all these purchases in the past. I made an appointment to visit John and when I arrived all of the pre-owned cars I was interested in were parked at the side of the building. Most looked like they had been run through a car wash. He took the time to explain the pluses and minuses of each and insisted that we drive them all so we could compare. I compare that experience to driving cars that had not been reconditioned or even washed! John was extremely knowledgeable about all the cars and very helpful and professional as we selected one and came to a deal on the financials. My family has purchased three new cars and 2 Audi Certified cars in the past. Every experience with John was the same. No pressure, very professional, and very knowledgeable. The whole experience at Audi of Westwood and working with Jone renewed my faith that there are professional, ethical car salesmen and dealers. This dealership is both! More

2018 Q5 Roberto was awesome. There was no pressure. I talked to him on Saturday and came back on Sunday and purchased a new Q5. He spent a few hours going Roberto was awesome. There was no pressure.
