Having serviced the car regularly at the dealer with all recommended services I was disappointed to hear it needed this work earlier than expected, but I fully expected to pay full price for the work due to the cars mileage.. Audi Westwood went above and beyond, Audi covered the work under warranty and had us back running in no time. The fear of long term ownership is gone for this luxury brand due to Westwoods incredible service and the manufacturers willingness to stand behind its product.
