If I could give these xxxxx negative stars, I would. They RIPPED ME OFF. I purchased a vehicle from them and was promised the pin code for the keyless entry. When I went to pick up the car, they w They RIPPED ME OFF. I purchased a vehicle from them and was promised the pin code for the keyless entry. When I went to pick up the car, they wanted 175 dollars forthe code.Now, a year later, I need to used the extended warranty I paid 4000 dollars for - but they never gave me the contract. So when I get them to make me a copy - what do I find? A 500 dollar deductible!!!! Who would geta 4000 dollar insurance policy with a 500 dollar deductible!! xxxxxxx dealers who rip you off at every turn. Don't buy from that scumbage Shuster either. He only cares about the sale - after you leave with the car he never heard of you if you have a probem. Won't return calls. More

SALES VISIT - USED

Unprofessional Sales Manager Anastasiya was really good and helped me figure out which car I wanted. She was also trying hard to get me a good deal. Then this guy, Patrick somethi Anastasiya was really good and helped me figure out which car I wanted. She was also trying hard to get me a good deal. Then this guy, Patrick something (her manager) comes in and tells "You can buy the car from somewhere else if you want to". Well thanks for the advice, I am buying from somewhere else. I just hope Carmax/Carvana gets better so that you don't have to visit such dealerships. He is your typical salesman who is trying to push you into making a decision telling that the car is going to sell within a day. Beware of some of his quotes "I have someone coming to view this car tomorrow at 10" "If not you then someone else will buy it" "I will offer an Audi Merch if that makes you happy" More

Your employee showed me CarGurus and told to find a better deal. And second thing, if prices were fixed, why do you need Sales people? They are redundant. When Tesla says they have fixed pricing, they just deliver the car to your house. There is no middle men/women to talk to. So, do not give me that price is not negotiable.

I'm sorry to hear that you are frustrated, but this review is misleading, and I want to be clear about what happened here. Audi Financial Services, not our dealership, had a program through which they paid for the first monthly payment of any vehicle in the year range 2015-2018. You purchased a 2019 model, so it never qualified for this program. I explained this to you during the purchase process, and I also sent you a copy of the program explaining exactly why it is that your purchase does not qualify. Again, I'm sorry to hear that you are frustrated, but I do feel that we were fair in explaining what you could expect from us.
