Went to Audi Westwood looking for a certified pre-owned A4 quattro. Had seen a couple models that I was interested in from the online inventory and went down to take a test drive. I met John and he was ver A4 quattro. Had seen a couple models that I was interested in from the online inventory and went down to take a test drive. I met John and he was very polite and listened to my questions and concerns. Rather than being stuck following his lead and being at his mercy of what we were going to talk about (as happened at several other dealers I visited), he respected what was important to me and my time. When we found a vehicle I liked that was near my price range, we sat down to talk about pricing and financing options. At this point, I had already gotten a price quote on my trade-in, which was evaluated by the dealership while I was doing a test drive of the vehicles I was interested in. This saved a lot of time. The next moment was the only point I was disappointed with the dealership. First, they offered my much less for my trade-in than I expected. My Kelly Blue Book quote was $2100 and they initially offered my $1000, but after I objected they raised it to $1500, which I still thought was low but accepted. I don't like negotiating. I feel that it's dishonest. In any case, in regards to the final price of the vehicle I was going to purchase, I knew from doing research online that they could easily shave another $2000 off the sticker price. They only took the price down $600 originally, and then took it down only another $200 after I told them I had seen prices $2000 lower than what they showed me. They objected that because I had an automatic $1000 discount through my bank, USAA, they couldn't lower the price further. I'm not sure how much I buy this explanation, but in any case, the car was in my affordable price range at this point so I agreed to purchase. They gave me 4.9% financing for 60mo, which I'm not sure is good or not. Some of the other cars I was looking at by different manufacturers were offering rates such as 0% or 2.9% for 60mo, but I accepted that this was a luxury car and wasn't going to get as low of a rate. Still, I was hoping they would approve me for 3.9%. After taking delivery on the car, I was very satisfied with how clean it was, polished, and it came with a full tank of gas. Within a week of having the car, a couple of setbacks were encountered that involved me having to return to the dealership for repair on some minor car parts. The dealer responded appropriately and did all of the repair work for free, which was great. But still, I expected that the car I was purchasing would have zero problems. All in all, I enjoyed working with John as he was very approachable and able to answer all my questions and concerns and made me feel like he was working to get my business. I just wish the dealer was more transparent with their prices and didn't give excuses for why they couldn't match prices and quotes that I had seen from other dealers online for equivalent cars. More
While the sales person was very very nice- Matt. The price and 'bs' that I was given regarding the final offer was terrible. Their prices are TERRIBLE! Well, it has been a year since my purchase (which I was very happy with) and I have to say that Audi Westwood service has been as pleasant to deal with as the sales team was. Unfortunately over the last year, I've come to know some of the folks in the service department quite well. Literally the day I drove my brand new 2009 Q7 4.2L off the lot it started having issues. The first was the passenger air bag light came on. I had to take the Q7 back the day following delivery for warranty work and was w/o my car for a few days. Next, in September of 2009 the a/c failed completely and had to return to Audi Westwood service for warranty work again. Spring 2010, (the next time I attempted to use the a/c) the system failed again. No coolant, low pressure. Dye test performed. 60 days later, the a/c failed again. Passenger side blowing hot air, driver side blowing ambiant temperature. Same tests. Once again I get the car back and once again the same thing happens. Now we're in July of 2010. One year after delivery and I still have problems with the a/c system. I've notified Audi NA that I intend to follow through with MA lemon law arbitration and they are "researching" my service records etc. The rep for Audi NA arbitration unit didn't provide a whole lot of information or insight as to what would happen. He only said that he would call back Friday. We'll see if that actually happens. The point of this story is that I have been to Audi Westwood for service more times than I like to admit and they are simply awesome to deal with. Always have a loaner car ready. Always receive immediate attention. Always return my vehicle when they say they are. It seems the only party in this relationship that is not upholding their end is Audi NA. It is incredibly dissappointing to have to report this after being known as "the Audi guy" by friends and family for the last 10 years but I hope to let other consumers know that if you're going to make a purchase on an Audi in the Boston area, Audi Westwood is the place to go. I'll be sure to keep everybody updated as to what Audi NA does with my 4.2L tree grown citrus. Wishing in one hand.... Mike Caro Jacksonville, FL More

I bought a Q7 from Ken Bourne Audi of Westwood in April and had a great overall experience. As my BMW sedan was coming off lease and I was looking for something larger, I naturally took a look at the Q5. and had a great overall experience. Ken had mentioned to me that he had a Q5 coming in the June timeframe, and it was exactly the way I was going to order it for eptember delivery. I went in to see Ken in late June, and we were able to work our a great deal on the exact car that I was looking for, taking advantage of Audi incentives and 2010 pricing. I have had the Q5 for a couple of weeks and love it. I also have to note what a tremendous pleasure it is to have my Audis serviced in Westwood. The service staff could not be more helpful. They are knowledgable, friendly, communicative, and accomodating. They even put me in a new, clean, A4 as a loaner. The service experience in Westwood is the polar opposite of my prior experience with another dealership in MetroWest. If you are in the market for an Audi or looking for service on an existing Audi, I would highly recommmend Prime Audi of Westwood. It is worth going out of your way a bit for, and if you are buying, go see Ken Bourne. You will not be disappointed. More

Ken really cares that everything is done correctly at the price they give you and there are no surprises. I trade in my BMW for Q5 - Audi, and I did not have to negotiate to get the fair price (according to Kelly book, etc). Ken was really kind to take over an hour of his time to explain 'ALL' the car functions beofre I took it home. My car was bought to me washed and looking great, everything detailed on what they did and it drove beautifully on the way home. TRUST is everything and I trust that they will try to do their best, be honest and fair and it is an absolute pleasure working with Ken. I will continue to bring my car to this dealership. More
