My father was always a fan of the Audi A8. We went in there a few weeks ago exited for a new german car. We waited about 10 minutes until someone noticed us. That was the only down part. After that, we had a great, fun, easy experience at Prime Audi of Westwood. It was great. I am so glad that we came to this dealer. Do not go to the Bernardi Dealer in Natick. Ken Bourne responded almost immediately. I explained to Ken that I am an out of state resident who works out of the Boston metro area and let him know my price expectations. Ken came back with a solid offer within a few hours. I agreed to come to the dealership anticipating the haggle ahead. Ken greeted me, put the same offer in front of me that we agreed to over the phone and I signed. That simple. No haggle. No blatant disregard for my intelligence or time. No voodoo car math trickery. It was almost too easy. I typically buy vehicles through a network of brokers I have used over the last few years. I haven't bought a showroom new vehicle since 2000. I have to say Ken and his sales manager, Nick Dota provided me with a purchase experience that was predictable, accurate, and (dare I say) pleasant. My father and I had been shopping around for new and used cars at various dealers for about two weeks. We had some alternatives weighing in our minds and we decided to go to the Audi Westwood dealership before making a final decision. I'm very glad we did because they had a huge selection of new and pre-owned vehicles; three of the pre-owned cars were in great condition and immediately caught our interest. The sales manager was very helpful and gave us some reasonable prices for each of the cars. He did not beat around the bush. I then returned the following day to test drive the cars and the sales manager did not forget me. He set me up with Salesman Ken Bourne to assist me in test driving each car. I must say that test driving at Audi Westwood was very different from other experiences test driving cars in the past. Mr. Bourne did not just say 'have a great ride' and slap a license plate on. He sat right next to me as co-pilot and directed me through various backroads and highways so that I really got a feel for how the car drove. He explained and demonstrated each function in the car thoroughly before he considered the "testdrive" complete. This part of my experience at Audi Westwood was the deciding factor for me. I eliminated previous options from other dealers and it really helped me decide which Audi model was best for me. Furthermore, the purchase itself was quick and happened on the spot with the sales manager and general manager present. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and was all about customer satisfaction. Just two days later I got my car and could not be happier with it. Audi Westwood knows what they're doing and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The service was wonderful, the salesmen really care about the customers, and it was a pleasure to do business there. Thank you ! More

Drove a few extra miles to see Westwood Audi and boy am I glad that we did. Details: Patient, competitive, great after the sale add ons--a turn key deal and the reason why I am writing this five months down stream from our purchase is that I went in for our first service appt and was told, "no problem for tomorrow and we have a loaner for you...." I have never heard that from a car dealer service department before. WOW, we are now a customer for life. Service department is like NASA and clean as a whistle.. We were fortunate to acquire contact with Prime Audi of Westwood, MA. We live approximately 45 minutes north of this dealership, but were willing to make the trip and see what they had to offer. Our original contact was through the internet, which I might ad, was also a wonderful experience. They were prompt in answering my questions and even gave me a quote on the car we were looking to purchase. It was this inquiry that attracted us to Prime Audi of Westwood. We were contacted by Paula, who was educated, thoughtful, and most important to me customer savvy. We actually made only three phone calls and the deal was done. We made the trip to Westwood to finalize our purchase. We were immediately greated by Ken, who was equally educated, thoughtful and customer savvy. Ken so graciously spent so much time with us telling us about the car and about his working experience with this dealership.My husband and I knew immediately this was the place for us. Ken then put us in the very capable hands of Brad.Equally knowledgeable, Brad was able to put together everything we needed to drive away in our new Q7 TDI in less than a week. To conclude and say this car purchasing experience was anything less than fantastic would not be justified. You ask "why" in your questionaire, well here's why: Prime Audi of Westwood is a dealership based upon family values. They pride themselves on integrity, value, solid character, and sincerely wanting the customer to have a wonderful purchasing experience. Their education and knowledge about the product is obvious. They are business savvy as well as customer savvy.They want your business, not just one time, but they want to keep you as a customer forever. Kudos to Prime of Audi - even if the car does not work out, I know I have dealt with a dealership that is A+. Thank you. More

This was the second Audi bought at Prime in 18 months. We returned to Prime because we particularly enjoyed working with Lester Gardner, the dealership is not overwhelmingly large, the service department We returned to Prime because we particularly enjoyed working with Lester Gardner, the dealership is not overwhelmingly large, the service department is excellent (you could eat off of the floor) and overall, the people we dealt with are very fair. Lester was able to find us the exact car we wanted (Q5 Prestige in Navy with Grey) for the time we needed it, and made us aware of all Audi sponsored pricing programs. We drove away with the Q5 extremely satisfied. I would recommend Prime wholeheartedly. More
I went to Audi and was greated by Peter Mclean, who was very personable and very accomodating. I was in a bind because I was away and my lease on my BMW was coming to an end and I was having to make a deci very personable and very accomodating. He was very straight forward and gave me several options within minutes of being there. It made my decision very easy and I left Audi with a great deal and a beautiful car the same day. I would recommend Peter to anyone and look forward to doing buisness with him in the future. He also assisted my fiance with his audi which he bought in Florida and has had problems with ever since. Peter and Nick accomodated him and got him into service immediately and solved the ongoing problem that no one has been able to figure out since he purchased his vehicle. My fiance definately plans on going to Peter for his next vehicle as well. It was a great experience!! Thank you Peter and Nick!! More

I had done a little homework on this particular automobile and had test driven some similar models of competitors. Ken Bourne did not seem rattled that I was looking at other vehicles. He comfortably stood by his vehicle and educated me more on Audi cars in general. I have been a Volvo and Saab owner in the past. Ken took me out for a test drive and had me take the car through some realistic motions. We then returned to discuss my lifestyle needs in a car and other profile information about me. "Before you make a decision, come back in and test drive the car again" says Ken. I return two days later in dire straits. My Volvo breaks down and is too costly to invest in the repair. I call Ken and he picks me up at my Volvo service center. I give him the latest news. Ken the calmly gets me relaxed and we proceed to look at some options. Twenty minutes later, they find a Q5 that fits my needs, provide me a loaner (Thanks Nick!) and the next day the car is delivered. I felt so confident in my decision because of the customer service and professionalism displayed by all. Then when my car arrives, Ken spends extra time pre-setting commands and getting me familiar with even minute details. I felt very educated about my car when I drove off. Ken has since followed up to ask how I am feeling about the car and if I had any questions. I feel confident that this will be a long term relationship for my car needs. Thanks Ken! Mike did an excellent job of communicating with me throughout the process, their techs were very patient and pricing ended up being completely transparent and reasonable. When it comes to car and customer service, courteousness and professionalism it's hard to find a better dealer than Prime Audi of Westwood and I'll gladly recommend their service department to anyone.
