When my wife and I arrived at the dealer Adam Faris greeted us and showed us the car. We drove the car and checked it over and sat down and talked to Adam and ended up buying the car and driving it home last night. Bac and Adam were great to deal with. Both of these gentlemen are professional, courtesy and knowledgeable. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I can't say enough about how we were treated by Adam and Bac. More

Tommy originally showed it to me but I had to leave for an appointment but was eager to get back quickly. Once I finished with the appointment, I came back but Tommy was currently with another client so Adam helped me out from there. There is no other service out there as good as what these guys can provide. Every dealership needs to take lessons as to how Walser is ran. Low pressure, customer oriented, honest & fair on pricing and they make you feel like you have known them forever. I'm a retail store manager and these guys embody everything customer service should be. Next vehicle we buy will definitely be from either Adam or Tommy - They do an outstanding job! More

When I arrive he was finalizing paperwork with another customer so Bac and I went on a test drive. During our drive I never felt rushed like I had to get back to the dealer. We. Drove local. And on the highway so I could get a good feel. Needless to say I bought the Q5. Several days later I have no “buyers remorse”.i felt the posted price was fair. This may have been my easiest car. Buying experience ever. I can’t forget to mention Hannah. She greeted me when I came in and she was outstanding through the entire process. She’s a huge asset to this dealership. More

I went to another Audi dealer earlier in the day that was absolutely the worst experience. What could go wrong did and my wife and I were so frustrated with our first Audi experience. Over the phone, Adam understood our plight that day and assured that he could get us in a vehicle that day even though it was fairly late. He had us in a new vehicle, our previous leased vehicle grounded, and out the door in 2 hours. An amazing facility with a staff that is very interested in helping in whatever way possible. I will be sending all my friends here to purchase a vehicle. 5 star experience in every sense of the expression. More
