This deal was done and agreed to from both sides before I left KC, and nothing had changed upon my arrival to pick up the car. Everyone I dealt with was a complete pro even in handling with my OCD tendencies, but I primarily worked with Adam Faris who was outstanding. While Lucas is a phenomenal sales person, there was one thing that sold me on purchasing an Audi: Lucas’ genuine knowledge of the vehicles available...ALL vehicles in the category I was looking at, including other luxury brands. Very simple to understand pros/cons and zero pushiness. This approach was refreshing and Lucas attentively listened to my wish list items and helped me narrow down the potential choices. When I asked questions such as why should I or shouldn’t I consider this model, he was able to point out very specific reasons to choose or not choose that model. All in all a fantastic experience and likely not my last Audi! More
