I went to another Audi dealer earlier in the day that was absolutely the worst experience. What could go wrong did and my wife and I were so frustrated with our first Audi experience. Over the phone, Adam understood our plight that day and assured that he could get us in a vehicle that day even though it was fairly late. He had us in a new vehicle, our previous leased vehicle grounded, and out the door in 2 hours. An amazing facility with a staff that is very interested in helping in whatever way possible. I will be sending all my friends here to purchase a vehicle. 5 star experience in every sense of the expression. More

Best car buying experience ever! So from the point I first walked in the door to delivery, Adam and his team gave me all of their attention. I was trying to decide between BMW, Mercedes and Audi. They never pressured me, just gave me the information requested and answered all my questions so I could make an informed decision. I placed the order for my Audi and it came in earlier than expected, which was a really nice surprise! A lot of businesses tout welcome to the family but I can honestly say by the end I really did feel like part of the Audi Wichita family. Thanks for all your help Adam and keep up the good work! I had been looking for a specific car & color combo and narrowed it down to 4 dealers from 4 different state Best car buying experience I've ever had. I had been looking for a specific car & color combo and narrowed it down to 4 dealers from 4 different states. I contacted each of them. Two of the 4 were overpriced according to KBB & NADA. That left me with Audi Wichita and another dealer in South Carolina. Both cars had similar options and pricing was on point so no need to haggle with that. Both had stock photos on their websites and I emailed both of them over the weekend. Adam from Audi got back to me Monday morning. He went out on the lot and took photos for me as well as answered all of my questions. By Monday evening, I had everything I needed from Audi Wichita to make my decision. The other dealer also got back to me right away Monday. He said that photos would have to wait until the car was put thru the shop and detailed, which would be several days. When I asked questions about the vehicle, this dealer said he couldn't answer me until the vehicle was done in the shop. I decided I wasn't going to wait for him and initiated the purchase with Audi Wichita. Boy, am I glad I did, when the other dealer finally got back to me, he said unfortunately the vehicle was sold while it was still in the shop. Luckily, I am not a patient person and had already placed the deposit on the car from Audi Wichita Monday evening. I booked my flight and took care of the financials on my end the next day. Adam was knowledgeable about out of state purchases and walked me thru everything. One week later, he picked us up at the airport and took us to the dealership. Our car was waiting for us on the turnstile showroom floor with a huge red bow on top & sign congratulating us in the window. We took it for a drive just to be sure, then signed a few papers and I thought we were done. Then, the icing on the cake (figuratively and literally), Cheesecake Factory cheesecake for my husband and me! Yep, the dealership apparently keeps it on hand for their customers. Totally made day!!! More

I was so impressed with the way I was treated by Mr. Faris a few months back when I bought a new A4 that I went back a few weeks ago and purchased a new A5 from him as well. The honesty and integrity I was met with at this dealership was refreshing and it’s sad that this kind of customer service is the exception and not the rule. That’s why I feel that Audi of Wichita is absolutely exceptional!! I have no doubt I’ll be purchasing more vehicles in the future from Adam and Audi!!! More

I reached out asking for the window sticker over the weekend and immediately received information on Monday morning! I scheduled a test drive and Adam Farris provided one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've ever had! He had done research on the car and was very knowledgable about the car, even though it wasn't an Audi. He patiently answered all of my questions and even stayed late to complete the paper work! The entire process was how it should be, stress-free! Everyone I worked with was professional, sincere, and went out of their way to ensure that I had the best experience possible. I sincerely hope that I get to do business with them again in the future! More
