I was told that I had to pick it up by 8:00 am but I explained that I was coming from Dover, All was good after I got past the issue of a loaner car. The Service department not only tended to the issue very quickly but Jermey arranged to have my wife's car delivered to Dover to make it a bit easier for us to pick up.
