Valentine Rautescu is the Man!!! I recently had my headlight on my A4 go out. With my work schedule it is very hard to take the time to go to a dealership and wait for my car to be se I recently had my headlight on my A4 go out. With my work schedule it is very hard to take the time to go to a dealership and wait for my car to be serviced. Add on the fact that it was the week of Christmas, and the thought of having to take my car into a dealership gave me anxiety. I initially email chatted with a representative from the Audi DTLA dealership about bringing my car into get serviced and no one ever got back to me. I decided to head down there one day after work and was greeted by a very nice young man ( I did not get his name) who immediately took my car to park it. I walked into the service department and was then greeted by Valentine Rautescu. Valentine was very friendly and helped me get registered with the dealership as it was my first visit there. Being that it was the end of the day and they would not have time to service my car, he squeezed me in for an appointment to bring my car in the next day (even though it was the day before Christmas eve and they were busy). The next day I showed up 20 min. late and they still took me in with no problem. Valentine was very helpful and he kept me updated on the progress of my car the whole time I waited. He even explained some features of the A4 that I had no clue about. At the end he reviewed the work done on my car and walked me from the cashier and to my car (which they had also washed). Valentine's courtesy and friendliness made my visit a pleasant experience, which is something you don't find that often during the craze of the holiday season. Thanks Valentine and Audi DTLA! More
