Every dealership (I was in communication with 3 LI dealerships other than this dealership and 1 dealership in CT) was toying me around on price and I knew it. I stopped in to Audi of Huntington, with the expectation that I would encounter gamesmanship and annoying salesmanship, and was pleasantly surprised to meet Erol, an Audi Brand Specialist, who didn't waste my time with ridiculous numbers and obnoxious sales pitches. He gave me the right number and I didnt feel like I was being "screwed". I went there on a Saturday, closed the deal on Sunday, and picked the car up the very next Saturday. I'm so happy I got the exact car that I REALLY wanted, and without Audi of Huntington and Erol, I would have had to settle for something else. I am a very pleased customer and highly recommend Audi of Huntington! More

She was very patient answering the numerous questions I had, and went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of my wife and infant during discussions. Subsequent questions to Ms Umar and Tom the finance manager were answered via email and telephone call very swiftly and comprehensively. On the day of pickup, Ben did a wonderful job reviewing operation and options of the vehicle, including recommended break-in. Sales manager Jeff Harris and Ms. Umar were forthright with what extras were and were not recommended based on my personal driving habits. There are many approaches to selling a vehicle, and I had been to several dealers prior to Audi of Huntington, and I can say that the overall approach to car sales at Audi of Huntington is exemplary, as I did not feel pressured at all, and found the process to be a wonderful, friendly experience. The fact that Ms. Umar called to check up not only in me but my wife and child meant a lot to us. I cannot recommend the dealership enough.
