We bought our 2022 Audi SQ5 new in 2023 — the last remaining 2022 on the lot. On July 8, 2026, it lost all electrical power and died completely, less than five miles from Audi Greenwich. When we called, we were told the dealer would not evaluate the car unless we arranged towing ourselves — for a vehicle that was completely dead. We hired an independent mechanic, who found water and debris packed into the rear drainage channels, sitting against the wiring and battery. The rear wiper ran on its own; the car started for seconds, then dropped into limp mode. Audi Greenwich later confirmed water intrusion and repaired it under Warranty Extension U76 — coverage that exists specifically for this problem. We then asked Audi corporate (Case 07651492) only to confirm the seals were properly remediated. We received no response at all. The failure was serious. The refusal to help a dead car was worse. And the silence afterward told us everything. After thirty years of owning luxury vehicles, we will not buy another Audi.

I turned in an 2015 Audi leased vehicle for a new lease and was told I wouldn't have to pay for the last 3 month left on the 2015 vehicle. Recently I received a bill for the 3 months and was told Atlantic Audi communicated with them any such agreement. Has anyone had this problem?
