I recently acquired a 2021 SQ5 from Audi of Huntington. My salesperson, Tooba, helped me decide whether to go with a used vs a new vehicle while explaining the finances for each. Tooba was very knowledgea My salesperson, Tooba, helped me decide whether to go with a used vs a new vehicle while explaining the finances for each. Tooba was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knows her products very well and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. The dealership was open to negotiation and I obtained a great deal on an otherwise very expensive vehicle. The buying experience was superb. Tooba handled everything so professionally; she made the deal go smoothly and easy for me. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend both the dealership and Tooba if you are in the market for an Audi. I am difficult to please but in all honesty... they did a great job. More

There are 2 Audi dealerships closer to my home but I choose to use Audi of Huntington because of their professionalism and friendliness; Audi is a gr There are 2 Audi dealerships closer to my home but I choose to use Audi of Huntington because of their professionalism and friendliness; Audi is a great car no matter where you choose to purchase. Audi of Huntington’s service department is for me why I choose to go out of my way. In particular, Jenna, a service advisor, is truly outstanding; always goes the extra mile whether it’s explaining services needed, pricing or anything that may arise; always keeps me well informed along the way and always with a smile. I cannot say enough about Jenna. This dealership me feel that I am a valued customer. Most recently, Seenath was my service technician; he could not have been more professional from explaining what needed to be done and why to successfully completing the job in the estimated time . Even Leland who took my car into shop could not have been more friendly or professional. In this time of Covid-watching the techs take time to assure my car was properly sanitized after servicing made me feel confident that my car was safe. This service department is truly outstanding and in my opinion mirrors the Mission Statement of Audi. More
