Paperwork was completed quickly and the car was officially prepped for me to drive it away. From setting foot on the dealership to driving away in my new Audi was about an hour and a half. As I had flown in to Chicago and had a rental car, Jesse followed me to the car rental place for me to return the car then brought me back to the dealership (twice since I locked my phone in the rental). There was lag time between the date the lease ended and delivery of the new vehicle. Manager David Leamer offered a courtesy car for the interim. Picking up the new car, completing the paperwork and learning about the new electronics was very efficient due to the competence of the sales and finance staff members, Wendy and Larry. I was welcomed and was referred to by name. The special greeting by Manager Leamer who took the time to chat was a nice gesture. It's been a pleasure to work with the dealership staff and well worth the 40+ mile drive from the Northwest Chicago suburbs. More
