I'm having trouble with timely communication with sales representatives, specifically Scott, with simple questions as well. I asked a rep for the out the door pricing for a car as is. Which should have been a simple task to do then and there. I also asked out the door pricing with a measly 5% discount, he said he'd get back ahold of me. That was 2 hours before close yesterday and 5 hours after open today. It takes 5 minutes to get an out the door pricing in person, and I'll give them 2 hours for approval from a manager for a discounted offer, understandably they have research to do on their end such as price paid, repairs and detailing etc ... to see if the 5% is feasible. I don't believe this dealership values online sales and customers. You have a car I want. I have money to buy it. This should be an easy transaction. If I was physically in your store would your associates make me wait 7 business hours to answer two simple questions Please advise. More

This dealership lies and can’t be trusted. They don’t care about customers — just closing a sale. The smiles disappear fast, and so does any real service. Ali blatantly lied about what she showed me during the sale. When I followed up to share my concerns, she ignored me completely. I only got a response after emailing management — and even then, they defended her lie and offered weak, meaningless “discounts” instead of taking responsibility. When I mentioned a better out-the-door quote from another dealer, Ali said, “St. Louis dealers lie about pricing.” That was the final red flag. The lack of honesty and accountability here is unacceptable. I walked away feeling misled, dismissed, and disrespected. If you’re buying a Ford, there are better and much more trustworthy dealerships. Especially out near Breese, IL, Those dealerships seem much more transparent, respectful, and willing to actually try to earn business — the complete opposite of what I experienced here. Skip this place entirely and consider another location (like out near Breese,IL or St.Louis)— you’ll be glad you did. More
Got oil change and after completed they didn’t shut my hood all the way , didn’t put my stem caps back on, and a cover they say was not touched on my make and model fell off. The cover and the hood could have been dangerous and hurt someone. I am attaching a pic of the part they say they did not touch and video shows it is the first and last step of the oil change. I called and spoke with service manager Kenny and he card nothing about customer service and totally lied to me on this cover. I purchased the cover myself to be put on and really only called Kenny thinking he might like to speak with technician. Of course he could have cared less. Have used this dealership for years and always gave good reviews until this time and so upsetting to discover how they truly are. Loss of business from this family and anyone else that ask us about them.i More
