I have just purchased a new trailer that has LED auxiliary lights in the trailer. I was told that Ford doesn't put the fuse in the seven-point trailer adapter. I asked if they could check it while t auxiliary lights in the trailer. I was told that Ford doesn't put the fuse in the seven-point trailer adapter. I asked if they could check it while they had the truck while doing the recall. The service person said no, I will have to schedule another appointment to do that. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Auffenberg over the past 20 years; you think my business would be appreciated. What would it have taken, 2 minutes to see if the fuse was in. Maybe tell me I will have to pay to have this checked? Very bad experience with your service representee. More

Only a 1 because 0 is not an option. I bought a car from them which was towed in for a coolant leak hoping my warrenty would cover the work..nope 3k to fix the coolant leak.. no problem I bought a car from them which was towed in for a coolant leak hoping my warrenty would cover the work..nope 3k to fix the coolant leak.. no problem proceed. When i got it back there was a service powertrain warning light which was not on before also no air conditioning and limited power mode. I took it back to have that stuff fixed which they said was not related but for 400 they could fix it.. once again proceed mind you month are passing while i dont have my car. Once again i get it back not fixed at all. Car was sent to bmw which they said were issues related to work on the coolant system which auffenberg had not told them they had done.. bmw reccomended work to fix the car but auffenberg is washing their hands of it now.. they told me to come get my car or they will charge me for storage.. the car is currently not even drivable anymore.. also originally when i got tge car back there was a handful of screws in the cupholder so i pop the hood and the plastic coverings are all missing they couldnt even find them had to order new ones.
