These people are impossible to deal with. They will not move on price and will give bare minimum for a trade. EVERY interaction I have had with this dealership has been a deception. I bought a car from them which turned out to be a lemon. Thankfully I bought the warranty so when the engine needed to be replace been a deception. I bought a car from them which turned out to be a lemon. They told me that they did an inspection and topped off fluids, but the oil was completely empty, like they drained it but forgot to refill it. They sent me an email with offers of services, and they aren't honoring the service they SENT TO ME! If at all possible I will never do business with them again. More

We test drove at this dealership a couple of times and while that was a fine experience, once the numbers came out it was downhill from there. We asked to see a dented/scratched vehicle to get a discount, as we’ve gotten great deals on hail damage vehicles before and were looking for something similar. Whenever it was time to talk numbers, they showed us a price that was 9 grand more than what was listed as the “auffenberg price” online and instead of discounting us for the dent and scratch, they insisted on fixing it so they could charge us full price, while adding on another 1 or 2 grand for a paint protection that we never asked for and said it was already on the truck and was non negotiable. On top of all this they offered us a very low number for our trade that was way below KBB trade value. After saying thanks for your time and trying to leave, the sales manager came down and tried to butter us up and then tell us this deal wasn’t working because we weren’t willing to put more money down, and not because the price they told us was 10 grand more than what was on their website. They then tried to push us into a different vehicle that was cheaper and smaller and nothing like we were looking for just to make the sale. We left and went and to Serra Honda in O’Fallon where we got an amazing deal on a hail damaged Ridgeline, and they gave us just under 3 grand more for our trade. We will never shop at Auffenberg again. More
