A great experience from the time appointment was made (with Louis, I think) through drop off. I waited for the oil change and engine flush and was on my way in less than an hour. The video explanation of my "multi-point report card" was new and excellent. While I waited, Conrad was extremely helpful in the Parts Department giving me information on replacement floor mats. Mark accurately explained the work to be done and the price which, when added up, was reasonable. I was also told that new tires might be needed in my future. The car service experience used to be as much fun as going to the dentist but Auffenberg O'Fallon has changed that for the better and I'm happy for it. You guys earned the 5-star rating today! More

It had been 17 years since we had bought a new car so the process had change somewhat but we found it to be much easier. We were "assigned" 1 salesman but were handed off to another, Phil Stewart, because t process had change somewhat but we found it to be much easier. The only down side about the experience is there was some sort of swirl on the back passenger door. We left the car with them for a week (while we were on vacation), but when we came to pick it up, it was still there. Manager Jack Flowers got involved and made sure it was taken care of by the next day. More
