I ordered and purchased a Ford F-150 Platinum in June 2023. From the initial visit, test drive, ordering, purchase and follow up items, my Sales Consultant, Andrew Wankowski was incredibly professional 2023. From the initial visit, test drive, ordering, purchase and follow up items, my Sales Consultant, Andrew Wankowski was incredibly professional and helpful. The Sales supervisor was apparently new to the dealership and the finalization of the purchase and paperwork were more lengthy than they should have been. Additionally, there was some confusion of what Cash Back rebates I qualified for. In the end, Dustin worked with Ford to ensure I received an additional Cash Back offer, and I am pending arrival of that check. Andrew Wankowski is a 5-star Sales Consultant and I recommend him to any other customers working with Auffenberg Ford North. He was understanding and followed through where others were slower to take appropriate action. Andrew's rating is 5-star, the remainder of the team was 4-star at best. More
