I've had to take my vehicle back several times for the same issue. The serviceman I was dealing with never gave updates in the months my vehicle was there. Horrible communication. Multiple messages left for the auto body department and Auto Butler. No call backs. Pretty sure they ran it through the car wash and did a quick vacuum and wipe down on the interior because they missed big areas, and never did the auto butler. Not happy at all! More
