Was buying a car from this dealership for my son who just got his license and on the test drive the turn signal didn’t work. Was told I could buy the car and make an appointment to have it fixed. They were o got his license and on the test drive the turn signal didn’t work. Was told I could buy the car and make an appointment to have it fixed. They were ok with a new driver driving the car with out proper safety equipment and the possibility of a ticket. They had the car two extra days and were still unable to fix it. The phone system is horrible if you need to contact them. Would never ever buy from them. More

Started working with Jordon, ended up with Tim because Jordon had the 4th day off. Had to go back 4 days in a row because they couldn't find a key to the car we wanted to test drive.Went back 2nd day, the Jordon had the 4th day off. Had to go back 4 days in a row because they couldn't find a key to the car we wanted to test drive.Went back 2nd day, the car wasn't there like they said it would be, still at other lot, had to wait 1.5 hours for them to find key and bring it up. 3rd day, needed paperwork they never said we needed. 4th day, sat there waiting for 5 hours to do paperwork and sign and they said we needed additional paperwork. Went to get that and still waited to sign. Poor Tim was juggling 4 different customers paperwork, looking for lisence plates, running credit checks, etc. He was very nice the whole time. So was Jordon, but he neglected to tell him some things we had discussed so he had to redo some paperwork. 5 hours later we were finally signed but had no car. It was on a different lot so they would be delivering the car the next day. Jordon called the next day to see how we liked the car and he didn't know that it had to be delivered. They finally showed up that day 2 hours later than they said. More

So far they sold me a car with no mufflers a bumper zip tied on faulty brakes they tried to sell it to me with a hole in the roof (no antenna) no head rests but I caught that. They sold it to me with after market wiring that their super smart Ford techs some how missed all this on their super Ford inspections an the story keeps getting worse. This has been going on for months no help or resolution at all every time I try an make an attempt to get it fixed they can't spare a loaner car for a disabeled veteran WITH WARRANTIES I might add. More
