Choose another location if you want your vehicle fixed. They can't think beyond what their computer tells them! The prices are extremely high and they just seem to be in it for the money. They sold my boyfriend a car they DO NOT HAVE A TITLE FOR! It was on car guru for a month before he went to the dealership. He cannot even drive it because he cannot get insurance on a car he has no titl FOR! It was on car guru for a month before he went to the dealership. He cannot even drive it because he cannot get insurance on a car he has no title on. These guys are giving him the run around. Not a straight answer among them. What dealership sells a car they do not possess a title to??? BEWARE. SHADY PRACTICES. More
We needed a vehicle that we could flat tow behind our RV. We ordered one from here and when it came in it was not capable of being flat towed. Apparently it was missing a needed option that was not well know We ordered one from here and when it came in it was not capable of being flat towed. Apparently it was missing a needed option that was not well known to be needed for flat towing. The dealership quickly ordered another one with the needed option and allowed us to drive the other one with dealer tags until the correct one came in. Very good customer care and service! More
When I purchased this pre-owned vehicle (let me stress this was not a vehicle bought in an AS IS condition), the vehicle overheated due to the fan not engaging/working. This was more than a headache to g this was not a vehicle bought in an AS IS condition), the vehicle overheated due to the fan not engaging/working. This was more than a headache to get resolved, but to Auffenbergs credit, it did get resolved, but at the price of multiple trips all the way from Centralia and A LOT of waisted time (time=money). Unfortunately, that's not the main reason for the review I'm leaving. Please take a look at these photos and ask yourself, would you be happy buying a vehicle like this? I thought the moldings on the sides of the windshield posts wouldn't cost too much and I'd just take care of it myself-- This thought process was fueled by the amount of frustration that went into getting my vehicle in a safe drivable condition. When I brought this vehicle to my local shop to order the new trim pieces, all the shoddy work was pointed out to me. The cowl panel is completely exposed to the elements due to the cowl grille having nearly every single clip broken off on it, the weather stripping on the cowl grille is dry rotted, the weather stripping on both trim pieces are completely missing, (thus exposing my A pillars to the elements as well, the trim pieces have every clip broken, the inner brackets that the trim pieces clip into have every clip broken, AND THEY ARE GLUED ON WITH URETHANE (have fun getting that off without damaging the paint), and the weather stripping that goes around the windshield is dry rotted. Now, I can only assume that this work was performed by Auffenberg considering they are not only refusing to fix it, but how could ALL of this be possibly overlooked when checking the vehicle in? HOW? I will posting this review anywhere I can, Jason, the GSM, has been zero help and is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. He has really embodied the scummy stereotype of car salesman. Ridiculous, that's all I can say about this experience. Never again will I or my family buy anything Auffenberg. More
Was sold a 2013 Jetta with 40,000 miles last year 2020. I was told by the sales man, manager and finance officer it was certified. When the airbag light came on I brought it in to be fixed just to find out i was told by the sales man, manager and finance officer it was certified. When the airbag light came on I brought it in to be fixed just to find out it was not certified. I was told by the mechanic what the problem was and it would cost me over 1,000. I took it home scanned the airbag system just to find out the mechanic at auffenberg was wrong. I fixed it myself, as a former dealer mechanic myself. I fixed this over 3 months ago and obviously the mechanic at auffenberg ford was wrong, oh and it cost me less than $200 to fix, So if you do buy from auffenberg insure you get everything in writing and double check every single thing you are told. Came in for an oil change was told it's an hour and a half... I did come in early but I think that is too much. I was a repeat customer but I'll find another dealer that wants my business half...
