After some negotiations, Mr Mitchell and shook hands on a deal. He even wrote down on the hand written contract "One Key" which he stated was for the third set of keys, which we had shaken hands on. Now, after the check is written, he is claiming that this is againsy the dealers policy, so what he shook hands on is void. Other extras that we agreed upon are not forthcoming, either. Very bad experience, feel very much that I was lied to. Will not deal with this dealership for car purchase again, and will tell family, freinds, and complete strangers. More
We were always greeted with friendly faces. Our salesperson, Vicki, was very easy to work with. I never felt talked down to because I was a female trying to get the best deal. Shaun did a great job for us in purchasing a new car. Shaun went out of his way to look up the vehicle and pass the price of the vehicle to his manager. Within 10 minutes he was back with the vehicle and the agreed upon price of the car. When the car was delivered, Shaun came in on his day off and delivered it to us. It was late at night and he stayed to show us all the features of the car. After agreeing to a price over the phone and arriving with a check the next day I was told that the price would not be valid and there would be financing fees, even though I was not financing the car. Ny experience at auffenberg ford north far exceeded expectations. The sales staff was friendly and courteous. I received a fair price for my trade in and the selection of used cars quality cars was b expectations. The sales staff was friendly and courteous. However, the salesman Bob Uhrig is what made the whole experience worth it. He went far and above what most salesman would even consider doing. This is actually our third used vehicle we have bought from Auffenberg Ford. The quality is always superior and the pricing is fair. They have always given us a fair value for our trade in. Vicki has been our salesperson from the beginning and poor Vicki, we have even called her at home if an issue has come up. She is very thorough, courteous and professional. She always handles any issues rapidly. During our last purchase, Vicki was swamped, so rather than have us wait, she asked if it was fine to have Bobby (don't know his last name) tend to our needs. Which was fine with us. He was very sweet, and professional and took great care of us, just as Vicki always has! We will continue to be Auffenberg clients! Great job Vicki and Bobby! PS.
