Janet, I sincerely appologize for your bad experience. I am always looking for ways to improve customer's experience. I have had a talk with Mr Brinker and let him know that this type of behavior is not acceptable. I have also forwarded your comments to our general manager and our owner. They have also had a talk with Mr Brinker. I would really like to somehow make it up to you, if that is possible. I appreciate your commments so that I can make sure this doesn't happen again. If you could let me know how to make it up to you, please let me know. I take custome satisfaction very serious at our dealership. I will also make sure that the warranty is canceled and the money will be credited to your loan.

Thank you for your attention. I'm not sure that there is a way to make up for being blatantly lied to but I would like the finance charges that I will still be paying on the $1250 refunded.
