Dave takes great care of me when I bring our 2 vehicles to the Auffenberg Ofallon dealership. My experience at with the service department is always positive. They don't recommend unneeded work and one time even talked me out of something I thought I needed. The work was done to our satisfaction and the service guy was very professional. My only complaint is that I texted on the numbers provided to get an update on when it would be done and never received a repl was very professional. Later I called the number that was originally texted to me to contact the dealership and got a message saying the mailbox was full. Very frustrating. More

They have stepped up the service department since the Covid issues. I had to find the front service guy both when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. I did wonder why after rotating my tires, they didn't air them up so they were all the same, I think all four tires had a different amount of air in them, but other than that it's all good. More
