I bought a car from them which was towed in for a coolant leak hoping my warrenty would cover the work..nope 3k to fix the coolant leak.. no problem I bought a car from them which was towed in for a coolant leak hoping my warrenty would cover the work..nope 3k to fix the coolant leak.. no problem proceed. When i got it back there was a service powertrain warning light which was not on before also no air conditioning and limited power mode. I took it back to have that stuff fixed which they said was not related but for 400 they could fix it.. once again proceed mind you month are passing while i dont have my car. Once again i get it back not fixed at all. Car was sent to bmw which they said were issues related to work on the coolant system which auffenberg had not told them they had done.. bmw reccomended work to fix the car but auffenberg is washing their hands of it now.. they told me to come get my car or they will charge me for storage.. the car is currently not even drivable anymore.. also originally when i got tge car back there was a handful of screws in the cupholder so i pop the hood and the plastic coverings are all missing they couldnt even find them had to order new ones. The gentleman, Mark, who checked me in was friendly, professional, and well informed. Despite being quite busy, he remained calm. Joe, the driver who returned me to my home and then came back to get me professional, and well informed. Despite being quite busy, he remained calm. They both provided excellent customer service. This has not always been by experience with the service department5 at Auffenberg’s. I appreciate all these individual’s did and the great customer service they provided. More

Sure should have looked at this dealership's bad reviews first before heading out and getting screwed. I am an older guy and feel taken advantage of, they did NOT sell the car at the listed price on their w first before heading out and getting screwed. My bad for signing the sale contract, but I will get a lawyer involved to figure this out. This is elder abuse! More
