The gentleman, Mark, who checked me in was friendly, professional, and well informed. Despite being quite busy, he remained calm. Joe, the driver who returned me to my home and then came back to get me professional, and well informed. Despite being quite busy, he remained calm. Sure should have looked at this dealership's bad reviews first before heading out and getting screwed. I am an older guy and feel taken advantage of, they did NOT sell the car at the listed price on their w first before heading out and getting screwed. My bad for signing the sale contract, but I will get a lawyer involved to figure this out. This is elder abuse! More
