I purchased my first new Nissan from Mark Chapman a little over a year ago. Then, he was courteous and helpful. The most impressive part of my experience, though I am female, Mark did not try to sell me a car based on how it looked on the outside, but rather, based on how it fit the needs of what I was looking for. Due to an unfortunate incident (read: I totaled the first Nissan), I found myself on the market again. Without hesitation, I returned to the Auffenberg Nissan group and, specifically, Mark. Ideally, I won't need another vehicle quite so soon, but should I find myself needing or wanting to purchase another one, my first (and likely only) stop will be to see Mark. More

I had orginally went to a different Nissan dealership and was not treated very nice. They did not even want to attempt to deal with me on my trade in. They actually told me to try and sell my car myself an was not treated very nice. They did not even want to attempt to deal with me on my trade in. They actually told me to try and sell my car myself and come back to them after I did. i left there very discouraged and disappointed. My boyfriend and I were told to come to Affenberg Nissan in O'Fallon, Il. He was told they would give us the best deal they could and they were friendly. i was very excited but, my boyfriend is much more a skeptic than I am. We arrived to the dealership and immediatly the atmosphere was different; it was friendly and people did want to help us. We were suppose to meet with mark Chapman when we goth there. Right away Mark was very friendly and immediatly made us feel at ease. He did not have to sell me on the Nissan Juke because, I knew that was the care for me! He did go over details and features that the car had to offer before I test drove it and I was unaware of many of the features the Juke had on it so; this made me LOVE it even more! When we returned I was very excited and was ready to sign the papers; my boyfriend on the other hand was waiting for the good times to end. We met with Mark and told him that we knew we would be a little up side down with my trade in but; try and get us the best deal he could. It did not take us long to come to an agreement that we both could live with and I was IN MY NEW JUKE!!!! Mark did somehting that many people can't.... my boyfriend did not have one bad thing to say about the dealership, Mark, or anything to do with the bussiness end of it. Well done Mark! he is even think about coming to Mark when he looks for a new truck. mark even set up my oil change for me before I left. i came back the next day to drop off my other set of keys and he took my car and washed and vacumed it. That was not neccessary but, it sure was NICE!! You should be proud to have Mark on your team because; he has customer service down to a tee. The other dealership....NOT SO MUCH!! Who says nice guys finish last???? NOT ME! I LOVE MY NEW JUKE!!!!!!!! More
I actually purchased a 2013 Kia Optima from Mark Chapman at Auffenberg Nissan. He went above and beyond and other salesman during my entire purchasing experience. As I began to look for a vehicle Mark off at Auffenberg Nissan. He went above and beyond and other salesman during my entire purchasing experience. As I began to look for a vehicle Mark offered multiple suggestions for my needs based on my travel, wants, and ultimately price. He researched many vehicles both on his lot and from others to ensure I found the car that met my needs and wants as a buyer. He never once pressured me into a vehicle purchase and was a helpful friend throughout the entire process. My vehicle actually came from another lot and the extra time, effort, and work Mark put in to make sure I got the car of my dreams was never a hassle. He seemed to enjoy the car and process just as much as myself if not more and made the usual stressful experience nothing but joyful. I would recommend Mark and the Auffenberg staff to anyone that is looking for a car with a no haggle experience with great vehicles. Thank you Mark and the Auffenberg staff! More

Mark Chapman was awesome to work with. Other salesman at other dealerships were so pushy. Mark was very laid back gave me the information I wanted on the car. He let me and my girlfriend have alone time to discuss the vehicle he didn't hover over us the whole time and try to persuade us in other vehicles he listened to what we wanted and delivered everything we wanted and more. I will definitely be going back to see him in the future. More

When I returned from living overseas with the Armed Forces, Mark Chapman was the first salesman that I contacted to look for a new car. Although I ended up buying from a different dealer, Mark was very Forces, Mark Chapman was the first salesman that I contacted to look for a new car. Although I ended up buying from a different dealer, Mark was very helpful in finding the make and model that was right for me. The only reason that I bought from a different dealership was that I needed to make a quick purchase, and the car I was looking to buy was available immediately at a different dealership. Mr. Chapman made many phone calls to other dealerships in the area attempting to find the car that I wanted, and he went out of his way to help in my search. Thank you, Mark! More
