I was told my "oil change" deal I bought that includes 3 oil changes was up and this was all. I had only gone 1 other time. My car is only 1 year old and I went on my 6 month date. Anyways, they looked i oil changes was up and this was all. I had only gone 1 other time. My car is only 1 year old and I went on my 6 month date. Anyways, they looked it up and said someone else in Alton used my oil change and there was no way of changing it. Someone messed up my account and this other persons account. I had to call the original seller of the car, ( St. Charles ) and then also Alton. None of them could delete this other persons name off my account. They said I had to call Nissan's national office. No help from 3 dealerships. It was on the paperwork, someone else's oil change number and their name but it was on my account and nobody could take it off or offer me another oil change. I also asked about a piece of foam in my windshield that was sticking out, guess what, after the oil change, it was still sticking out. More
