We were trusted regarding our trade-in and with our down payment as we waited to place and receive our order. The staff worked together and made us feel like we were important and the business was legitament. With pride we would not hesitate to share our good experience with others shopping for a new and quality vehicle. We had come up with a deal....then asked to come back in because we had to resign some papers. Keep in mind that I have driven the car for a week and half when they asked us to come back in. I am in sales and understand that when you make a mistake on something...you NEVER ask the customer to help you with the cost of your mistake. Very unprofessional! Then, we had agreed to get the hail damage repaired. Two weeks later I get the vehicle back and there is still a spot above the driver side door. I am officially done with this dealership! I would not recommend this dealership and would encourage anyone intersted in a Nissan to go to another....it will be worth the drive! More
I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from this dealership. The salesman was fine. The price was fine. What was NOT fine is that the dealership took over a month to get us the title on the car, even though my ch salesman was fine. The price was fine. What was NOT fine is that the dealership took over a month to get us the title on the car, even though my check was cleared after 3 days. So, the temporary tags expired, and my son was driving around with no registration. I've had to talk to people from Auffenberg over a dozen times, each time being told that the title was on its way. Auffenberg then promised to pay the $25 late registration fee, which they have not. Jeff Haynes (some sort of manager there) does not return my calls. What kind of business does this? I've had to get the Better Business Bureau involved because Auffenberg just does not seem to care about their customers. I work for a company that VALUES our customers. They realize this and speak highly of us. Most are repeat customers, and have been for years (and in some cases generations!). Jeff, pick up your phone and return my calls. Send me that check for $25. Is it that hard???? Or, receive negative reviews on you and Auffenberg. Your choice. More
Called and asked for a specific car, with very specific features. Very quickly my call was transfered to Lora in the sales department. She was so helpful and told me they had the car I wanted and she was features. Very quickly my call was transfered to Lora in the sales department. When I got there the car was parked out from front and had everything I wanted. Took it for a test drive with Lora she went over the features and asking price, I expressed that had got a lower quote from another dealership for a similar car. When we got back to the dealership she spoke with her sales manager got me the deal I wanted and the financing I needed. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I love my new fully loaded Nissan Rogue. More
When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Mark. He was extremely friendly and helped us with multiple cars. After that the service went horrible. We signed all the paperwork to purchase the 2012 Sentra. I was super excited to SEE and drive my car for the first time. I was told that they would call me on Wednesday morning to set up a pick up time and to keep me posted on what was happening with my car. I waited until 10:30 before I made my first call to the dealership. I left a message for our sales person. At noon I still had not heard back from him in which I called again. I talked to a women in which she stated that Mark was not in the office that day. She then told me that the sales managed was working on getting my car to the dealership and it should be there in a couple of hours. So I patiently waiting by my phone in which still nothing. I called back at 2:45 and a manager told me to call back in 30 minutes due to the sales manager being with another customer. SO I AGAIN waited and called back to be placed on hold for 25 minutes. When the manager answered the phone he said that he was told that this was not a big priority due to the sales person telling me that it may be Thursday before I could pick up the car. I felt that after I signed the papers that I was not a PRIORITY nor was my time worth anything. I wasted a whole day off waiting on phone calls that were promised. Then when we Finally was told that the car would be there about 5-5:30 my husband and I had decided that we were not intersted in the warranty and Gaap insurance. The credit manager was very rude and unwilling to work with us to remove these items for our account. I will not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Mark was wonderful but the rest of the experience was unacceptable. I felt that when the sale was final we were no longer important enough to receive good customer service. More
We drove from O'Fallon, MO to O'Fallon, IL because we were referred to Auffenberg. Thy had the model and year small pickup truck we were looking for. Not a bad drive and when we got there, we were seen by Laura right away. Such a cool person. She made us feel at ease and very comfortable. She took the time to answer every question we had (and we had a lot) and never lost her cool or seemed anxious to close the deal just to get rid of us. We ended up trading our Nissan titan for a new Frontier and we LOVE it. Then we had the pleasure of going to Dave Scott's office to finalize the deal. He was super also. So friendly and knowledgeable. We got such a good deal with dealer incentives and rebates on the Frontier that we went back four days later and traded a 2002 Camry for a 2012 Nissan Rogue. Such a fun car. I just love it. Customer service, price, comfortability, trust are all reasons why I gave this dealer and experience a 5/5. Marsha Pierce More
I was very apprehensive about buying a new car. I don't do that very often. This was by far the best experience we have had with a car dealership! Lori was our salesperson and she was very efficient. We have never meet her until that day. Dave was the finance manager and he was just as helpful in the process of buying the car. Of course it did take some time to do all the paperwork, but we didn't mind because we would rather they make sure it is all done right the first time. We would definitely recommended this dealership to our family and friends! More

The worst complaint is the waiting time. After the decision to buy a specific car, we waited 3 hours before we were finished. The man who explained the finance part was acting like he was doing us a decision to buy a specific car, we waited 3 hours before we were finished. The man who explained the finance part was acting like he was doing us a favor. He rushed us through the process without explaining everything, but by then we were tired of waiting. The car had to be returned to re-do some spots on the hood which was done. We weren't trading in a car so we had to buy new license plates to drive it off the lot! I got in the car to drive it home and the gas read down 1/4, it was supposed to be full. We started to take a trip with the car and turned on the wipers, no wash. It was empty! Doesn't the company have a check list of some kind that they do before the buyer gets the car? Mr. Chapman did his job well. I heard him tell someone to fill the tank with gas. His information on the car controls was very good and I think he did what he was supposed to do. More
