Sly the sales manager is rude and inconsiderate. I was in the dealership because of an issue with my 2025 Atlas and he treated me as though I didn’t matter and for that matter as though I didn’t des I was in the dealership because of an issue with my 2025 Atlas and he treated me as though I didn’t matter and for that matter as though I didn’t deserve his time or compassion. The new car that I purchased has issues and I was trying to purchase a new one. I intend to tell all of my coworkers and neighbors and friends not to do business with Auffenberg in the future. I set an appointment to see a vehicle in advance, and when we arrived, the car was not at the lot. The sales rep had to go get it from a different location, and the car was dirty from what looked to be i when we arrived, the car was not at the lot. The sales rep had to go get it from a different location, and the car was dirty from what looked to be ice and snow (that had fallen over a week ago and had since melted). The sales representative, Tristan, never introduced herself, was unable to answer simple questions, and showed no interest in making a sale. As I was going to test drive the vehicle, the sales representative was riding in the passenger seat and said I was good to back out of the service garage. The door was open and as I started to back out, the service garage door began to closed on the back of the car. Initially the sales representative asked for my insurance card to file a claim against me stating it was “incident damage.” Once I pushed back and said I was calling my insurance agent and asked to speak to a manager, she walked into an office and came back stating they reviewed the tapes and I was not at fault. A manager never apologized nor did the sales rep. Very disappointing and needless to say, we did not purchase the vehicle. More

I bought my 2006 VW Jetta in September, 2005, Always took it to Auffenberg for servicing and any problems. I now have a preowned 2022 Jetta and will continue to go to Auffenberg for servicing ..... because it to Auffenberg for servicing and any problems.
