I've been taking my cars to Auffenberg VW for years and have always been very pleased with Larry Haines and the other guys in the service department. I recently traded my Jetta in for a Taos and worked with Jay Rieger. He was great!! Very patient with me wanting to compare vehicles by test driving each one numerous times! He explained every feature and I never felt like he was trying to rush me to make a decision. Once I decided on a vehicle, he and the finance manager stayed late in order for all paperwork to be completed. Jay made sure everything was set up before I drove off the lot! More

Other than our salesman, we were not happy with our experience. When we purchased our vehicle we waited hours for financing. The finance guy kept trying to talk us into buying extra things. We were past that point and just wanted to finalize the deal and leave. Our oil change was scheduled for 11:20 and we didn’t get in until after 1:30. Our time is valuable and you basically just wasted an entire day. If an employee called in, which is what they were saying, instead of the lady at the counter playing on her phone the whole time she could have been calling people asking if they wanted to reschedule their service. At this time, I would not recommend your dealership to anyone!! More
