There professionalism an expertise gives customers the calm and ease of knowing that their vehicle is in the care of caring professionals. I applaud the care and concern they give each and every time I am trust my vehicle to them. They are the Abraham Lincolns of Austin Infiniti. There Dave is the most honest service advisor I have ever encountered in the 8 years of me owning my Infinity. I take pride in writing this review because all too often the bad is said but the good is always overlooked for just a thank you. This was my 1st time to this dealership. i needed an oil change and I am under warranty. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Trevor explained what the service consisted of. Technician communicated via text from Trevor - 2 additional Adonis - break fluid and wiper blades. I did not choose the break fluid but I had noticed issues with my blades - so I had them change these. I live 1 1/2 hour outside of Austin. I need to make sure I am comfortable with all work especially driving home. More

My service adviser Lily was outstanding! !!!! She let me know everything that was going on with my car from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of her job. She answere !!!!
