Another Outstanding Service Experience I've owned multiple Infiniti vehicles since 1995. I've taken each of them for 100% of their service needs to Austin Infiniti. I have always been impressed with the customer service I've received. I primarily deal with Monte Reger and he's a true gem. Monte is always professional, exhibits a great sense of humor, is highly knowledgeable about whatever system I'm having issues with, is engaging, caring and just a real quality individual. HE'S the reason I take my vehicles to Austin Infiniti. Obviously the technicians who do the actual work perform at a very high level of expertise, since I've never had to return any repair for further updating. I don't mind paying the higher labor rate because they do such excellent work. Kudos to all the technicians who work on the vehicles! Just a great crew of people working as a true team to make the customer have an outstanding experience. Much appreciated. More

Excellent attention to detail QX80 was in for 45000 maintenance. It was done, but inspection found wheel lugs loose and damaged. They replaced all the impacted parts, and we picked QX80 was in for 45000 maintenance. It was done, but inspection found wheel lugs loose and damaged. They replaced all the impacted parts, and we picked up the QX80 the next morning. Ms. Valdez's communications was excellent, via calls and text. QX80 was clean and waiting for our touchless pickup. Work covered under our pre-paid service and warranty. We paid only for the state inspection. More
