I was very satisfied with the service I received. The one thing that displeased me was the quote I was given at the time I made my appointment for 72000 mile service was $100 less than the quote I r The one thing that displeased me was the quote I was given at the time I made my appointment for 72000 mile service was $100 less than the quote I received by the service rep. The service rep was professional about this. I think the company is putting the service rep in an awkward position when this happens. I would suggest you don't give a monetary quote if it is not accurate. The work done was very good. More
