Gretchen and Mark were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As one reviewer noted and the same goes for us that we have had no "buyers remorse". Most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with before ! I had been dealing with a salesman, who was great! I was down to the manager can I just say that he was the most unprofessional sales person Ive ever I had been dealing with a salesman, who was great! I was down to the manager can I just say that he was the most unprofessional sales person Ive ever met because I didn’t like the deal he wanted to offer he got pissy raised his voice and was condescending thanks but I’ll Take my business elsewhere if I’m going to drop over 40,000. I’ll take my business to a dealership that has professional staff and a dealer that actually gives customers deals and not what the Sales Manager thinks is a deal ! I’ve heard stories of plenty of people going to other Mazda dealers I’ll be doing the same zoom zoom $$$ out of your lot More

First New Car We've never bought a new car before but we have bought used cars in the past. Gretchen was helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was pushed on us and no one tried to upsell us anything. She was friendly, direct, and pleasant during the whole experience and took the time to go through all the features of our new car. After extensive online research utilizing Consumer Reports in combination with other reputable sites, and after many test drives with a variety of different makes and models of car, we decided that Mazda was the best choice for our situation. We were initially concerned because it seems Subarus dominate our local area and Autex was the only Mazda dealer around. Reservations about smaller family dealerships aside we went to them with an open mind. As a result we are delighted and grateful we went with them. We left the dealership very happy and we have not had any"Buyer's Remorse". The experience was easier than anticipated, much to our surprise. We would definitely recommend Autex Mazda and absolutely recommend working with Gretchen. More
