Gretchen is capable, professional, ,and knows Mazda's inside and out. Pricing / and trade in values were more than fair and the experience was enjoyable and in no way negative. The most impressive thing about this dealership is their employees. They help problem solve situations for your benefit rather than selling you unnecessarily. They treat you well and they do what they say they will do. If I have an extended service they can arrange a loaner or give me a ride wherever I want to go. I have never had a dispute or disagreement with them in several years of ownership. Most importantly they have earned my trust as they are honest, reasonable and perhaps the best example of any dealership / service center that I have ever dealt with. Five stars all the way! More

I have never had a bad experience with this service center And today, after knowing that it would cost about $135.00 to have some buffing done to the car and paint touch ups, got a bill for $12.31. Her computer saavy and teaching ability was especially welcome when purchasing a CX3 with all the bells and whistles. It was a trek to get there, and I am so glad I made the trip and bought my wonderful car with her help and expertise. More

The car I purchased (after a lot of research) was very fairly priced, in immaculate condition, and I am very pleased with my purchase. So when I got a message from my prior sales pers I had purchased a Mazda 3 from Autex in 2013 and recalled that the experience was pretty easy-going. So when I got a message from my prior sales person - Gretchen - that now was a good time to trade in my 2013, I decided to go in and see what could be done. With three kids in college we needed the payments to stay approx the same. A couple hours later I had purchased my second Maxda3 from Gretchen and I am just as happy this time as I was in 2013. She's easy to talk to and does not make the process the least bit stressful. I assume I will go back in three years and get another car from Autex. More
