I purchased a vehicle a month ago from them. ..a car I'd been looking for, at that point, almost two months, so when I saw that new listing, I was thrilled and drove a little over 65 miles to tes ..a car I'd been looking for, at that point, almost two months, so when I saw that new listing, I was thrilled and drove a little over 65 miles to test drive it. I loved it but knew it required work. Everyone I met with and talked to was very helpful and friendly. A few days later, I came back to purchase the car knowing that they had told me they were planning on repairing/replacing the CV axle the following week. Even though this was an "as-is" vehicle, they did keep to that word, and while I normally would recommend getting anything promised like that in writing (in fact, their paperwork states it too), I did not. I am only giving them 4 stars out of 5 stars, due to the fact is, I drove there only to be told a wrong part was ordered...so I had to return after it was finally ordered, and 65 miles there and back...already put 260 miles on my new car! But other than that inconvenient hiccup, I do recommend them to anyone interested in the vehicles they have available. More

Stay away from this place. Their Google reviews are a lie they must be writing themselves to boost their rating. I bought a 2017 F250 a little over a month ago, but it’s showing on their Google reviews page they must be writing themselves to boost their rating. I bought a 2017 F250 a little over a month ago, but it’s showing on their Google reviews page that some dude from Michigan drove all the way to Georgia to buy it 3 months ago, yet it’s sitting in my driveway. Easy tell is the small crease in the front bumper on the passenger side. Aside from that, Travis said he would put new tires on the truck as a part of the deal. I ended up asking for a swap on the cheap tires he originally planned to order, even offering to cover the difference in cost on my end since they are more expensive tires. A couple of weekly check-ups asking about the tires and he stopped answering texts and I can’t get a call into the dealership. Be warned also, they don’t do any service at all to the vehicles they have. I put 200 miles on the truck before it popped up telling me to change the oil. $250 right off the lot to get the oil changed and replace the air filter that wasn’t even on the truck. I knew better than going to a dealership that’s not actually associated to Ford, but figured I’d give them a shot since the truck was priced right. Don’t make the same mistake I did. The only good part about the whole thing was the paperwork was quick, but that’s easy to do when you have good credit and the loan is already approved before you get there. More

Lousy service and product This is a place to avoid. Saturday service was terrible. I showed up at 9:00 sharp as agreed for my appointment, after a 2-1/2 hour drive. No sales This is a place to avoid. Saturday service was terrible. I showed up at 9:00 sharp as agreed for my appointment, after a 2-1/2 hour drive. No sales people showed up for work until 9:45. The shop folks said this was normal on Saturdays. I was second in line to be served. The first guy was just dropping off a car they had bought from an auction. At 10:30 we walked out the door never to return without ever being shown the vehicle we came to buy. We did get to see the vehicle as their lot is not secured. I was planning to buy an F250. Pieces of this truck were on the passenger seat and one even in the bed of the truck next to it. The truck was not ready for sale. On top of that, it was advertised as having new tires when in reality they were quite used. The service, the product and the advertising were all very sub par. Not saying you cannot get what you want from here, but your odds may be low. More
