The staff at Auto Collection was friendly, and easy to talk to. The dealer however did not service my vehicle at all before they sold it to me. Third there was a big exhaust leak that could be detected in the cabin (this is dangerous). And fourth there was a fog light out. The dealer assured me that vehicles are serviced if needed. This was a flat out lie. I do not recommend doing business here. More

Fast forward almost five months, we/I was searching for a replacement and came across a car that AUTO COLLECTION of MURFREESBORO had advertised. A 2021 Mustang Convertible. The difference between the one ACoM had for sale was, it was a 2021 GT, it was black, had a V-8 and it was #21/50 ROUSH Stage 3 with under 7k miles on it. It took very little convincing for her to fall in love with it. This was the first time EVER buying a car sight unseen. But ACoM had a ton of pictures and documents available online and after a bit of research, decided that if we didn’t move quickly, this rare beauty would be gone. It was a pleasure working with David Smith and Ryan Copeland. The experience was seamless and pain free. They and the rest of the team at ACoM did the four steps of life that I live by. They did WHAT they said they would do, WHEN they said they would do it, HOW they said they would do it…and if they couldn’t, they had INSTANT COMMUNICATION. Well done, Team!
