before purchasing my vehicle i specifically asked if there were any issues with the vehicle, especially since i have little ones. Nick told me there were NO problems. after paying cash i was told they w there were any issues with the vehicle, especially since i have little ones. Nick told me there were NO problems. after paying cash i was told they would fully service the vehicle and i would have it the next day. the next day i was told it would be 3 day later. then i was told it would be one more day because they had to change a window button. i finally got my car and found some problems- the keyless entry does NOT work the electronic locks do not work the cd player does not work the engine timing is off the tire pressure light is on the interior floor lights flicker i called immediately the next day to speak with nick to ask him about repairing the electronic locks. that was my number one concern! he told me i would have to pay because it’s not a safety concern and i can still manually lock them. so the fact that one of my little ones can manually unlock the door while driving, and then a hi jacker can come rip them from my car, is not a safety concern? nevermind the fact that nick straight up lied to me after i told him i had 3 kids! the dealership wouldn’t even honor repairing the electronic locks that they lied about being broken before buying the car with cash. what a terrible business. so sad for the community. More
