Down-to-earth and gracious, he always responded promptly to my questions, and was always willing to help, even after hours. I was a little skeptical about dealing with a used car dealership, but Dave behaved like a professional. Not your stereotypical used car salesman--Dave clearly wanted the sale, but he also wanted me to be happy, and was helpful but low key. Dave really gets good customer service. While the rest of the team I interacted with was good, they did not all seem quite as customer service oriented as Dave. I am really happy with the car, a 2009 Subaru Outback, thus far.
