Purchased an SUV from them 15 months ago not knowing it had a faulty motor. Two months into owning the car I took it to the dealer and they claimed to have fixed my cracked turbo manifold. 12 months later had a faulty motor. Two months into owning the car I took it to the dealer and they claimed to have fixed my cracked turbo manifold. 12 months later , still having issues, come to find out I need an entirely new motor and that my turbo manifold is still cracked. New motor now costs $15,000 to fix. Thanks auto factory screwing me over. More
