We were looking for a new vehicle after a recent accident caused my vehicle to be considered a total loss. The Insurance company was taking awhile to process all of the paper work to cover the lien still on caused my vehicle to be considered a total loss. My experience was short and sweet. I was unable to make it into the dealership on the first evening and Samuel got my information over the phone to start the process.
