Overall, I had a great experience. The one issue I had was the price of the vehicle. It was just under $3,000 more than I would have paid at Pohanka Acura (from visiting them 2 weeks ago - and for a vehi was the price of the vehicle. It was just under $3,000 more than I would have paid at Pohanka Acura (from visiting them 2 weeks ago - and for a vehicle with 1/5 the miles). The interest rate was outrageous, but that is my fault. As far as the quality of the staff in terms of knowledge and personality, my experience was outstanding. I knew I wanted that car, but management should really take a look at Kelley Blue Book (and other dealerships for better pricing). Keep up the good work, Chris More

I purchase a used Ford Edge 2008. Then i had to come back the next day so they could detailed my car. Again i had to return on Monday and pick up my car. I didn't inspected then because it was late. So Tuesday morning the car look like noone had touched it. The vents were dirty,the sits were super dirty the car also smelled like someone smoked in there. I couldn't take it back during the week till Saturday and when i got there i was brushed off. General manager was like it was cleaned, its a used car and he brushed me off. Same for the financial manager he stated it was not his job when i asked for him to come out and take a look at it. I understand i bought a used car but i expected so much out of your employees and the car. Am a single mom of two boys and the main reason for coming to you guys were that it was a great place to purchase a car and the service was suppose to be great. But in my case it was not.
