Auto Lenders for the Win! Seriously, I had flown to NJ to see my daughter. She had just graduated from Coast Guard boot camp and I wanted to help her get set up at her station. She needed a car. We went to one car lot where they literally turned us away because we were military! By the time we walked into Auto Lenders we were tired and running out of time. John sat us down, asked the right questions, and said "I've got you guys, don't worry. We can find your car." He did! He got what my daughter was looking for right away, had her drive one, and then found the exact deal we were asking for at another one of their lots. Everything on her list and in her price range. He said, "It will be here tomorrow by noon." We go back the next day and start the paperwork and here is where it gets nuts. We are an Army family, she is now CG. We all have drivers licenses in other states, nothing matches, etc. Husband had just come back from a deployment, she left for boot camp, the rest of us moved across the county again...so we hadn't had time to fix addresses yet. The finance guy Michael had a lot of questions and did his best to get everything approved but we were out of time. I literally was down to an hour of having to drive her back to her base and leaving her carless to catch my flight. It wasn't going to happen this time, she was almost in tears, we were just asking them to hold her information then maybe for another day. Michael said, "no way, give me 30 minutes, we are going to get it done" HE DID! I can't believe how fast he was making it happen. He got it approved, flew through our paperwork while I called the insurance in, and got it all done with minutes to spare. I was literally hugging my girl goodbye to race to the airport as they were putting on her temp tag for her to drive back to her base!!! The kindness they showed us was overwhelming. The fierceness with which Michael did his 'finance thing' was incredible. John taking the time to make sure my daughter was comfortable with her new car I am so grateful for, because having to drive off from my newly graduated 18yr. old (again) in something unknown was hard! If you need a car, no anyone who does, send them to Auto Lenders! I can't thank them enough for their kindness, making us feel welcome and heard, appreciating our military service and made everything work out like they said they could. It also helped that I had Ed Nunez for me salesman, a no-nonsense guy that wasn't afraid to warn me off cars that wouldn't fit my lifestyle to pocket book.
