I purchased a 2010 grand cherokee from auto lenders and have had problems ever since. The sunroof leaks into the shifter, the A and B panels, out the map lights, into the speakers, the vents and into the c have had problems ever since. When i made the appointment the SERVICE MANAGER told me this is common in grand cherokees he knows how to fix the problem. My husband dropped the truck off and was told that one of the mechanics called out sick so they would have to keep my truck a little longer. I called back to get an update 2 days later and was told that they cant locate the problem and don't know what else to do so they'll give me my truck back and were going to have to "wait and see" what happens. my truck now has water stains all over and is yet to be fixed. I do not recommend purchasing a car from auto lenders. More
