I had a great experience with the sales department. However, my haundi, 2009 with 30K on it has been in the shop more in the first month then with me. The brakes failed and almost cause me to get into a serious accident, they had to redo the electrical, I had paint peel of off it in the first week, the whole ignition system had to be replaced because my key stopped working and the TPMS light for tire pressure is always on and they can't figure out why. The car is covered under the extended warranty that I purchased. They gave me a rental car once which died on me and then I decided not to take a rental car from them from that point on. The manager of the service center, Chris, is very rude and unhelpful. He told me I had to wait a week to get an appointment to get my brakes fixed and to try not to drive the car. I had to go over his head to have the car towed there because he actually wanted me to drive there with no brakes! Stay away from the Auto Lenders in Toms River! More
