Recently purchased a nice 2015 BMW 328i at Auto Lenders, largely based on a very successful previous experience at another location in New Jersey 10 y Recently purchased a nice 2015 BMW 328i at Auto Lenders, largely based on a very successful previous experience at another location in New Jersey 10 years ago (we still own the car). Our sales guy was terrific, and I'm happy to recommend him, for his patience, professionalism, and attention. I also like their "no haggle" pricing, even though it may not be as competitive as other liquidators or buying services. The facilities are clean and the car was in good shape. However, they falsely advertised on the window display, as well as their website, that the car had a backup camera, and then installed shlocky non-original floor mats. In addition, I find it hard to believe that BMW only provides one key for its vehicles, which this place claimed. When I told them they had falsely advertised that, I was blown off. Not the kind of "service after the sale" I was looking for. For that reason, I cannot recommend this place. If you go there, be SURE to double check all they claim comes with the vehicle. More
