Felt like family! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I drove two vehicles my first time there and neither were exactly what I wanted. I looked online at ALL of their vehicles and had them bring several cars that appealed to me to their Williamstown location. On Saturday they had the cars ready and waiting. As I drove each one, they flawlessly lined up the next one and had it cooling off with the A/C on for when I got back from the previous test drive. In searching the website of Auto Lenders, I saw a Honda CRV and mentioned it to Ian. We made an appointment for Sat. (6/4) at 10:00 am. We left the Williamstown location at 12:30 pm in the Honda that I saw on line. Ian was attentive to questions and was professional in his answers! Ian made the Honda experience/purchase painless. We are pleased with our Honda CRV and would recommend Auto Lenders to everyone. They had two models ready for my wife and I to test drive Saturday morning at 10:00 am and by 12:00 we had made a purchase. Our sales rep Ian was excellent to work with (Williamstown location) and I didn't need to visit an actual dealership after having done my research online.
